FAQ Swiss launches flagship store on Korean ecommerce platform Naver

FAQ Swiss anti-ageing sister device of Swedish beauty tech brand Foreo, has launched a flagship store exclusively on South Korean ecommerce platform Naver. The launch follows hot on the heels of Foreo’s introduction on Naver.

FAQ Swiss is proving a big hit in the key Korean beauty market where consumers regularly incorporate LED masks, radiofrequency and galvanic devices into their daily routines

Proclaimed as “the first brand in the world to package professional-level treatments in a sleek, handheld device”, the latest FAQ 100 Range includes three safe and easy-to-use devices featuring EMS-Pro, Power-RF, LED-Pulse and the patented T-Sonic and Anti-Shock System technologies.

The devices make use of heated radiofrequency waves to accelerate collagen production (Power-RF); massaging pulsations to boost the skin’s radiance and product absorption (T-Sonic); LED light to penetrate deep layers of the dermis to target specific skin issues (LED-Pulse); and electronic muscle stimulation to firm, lift and contour the face (EMS-Pro).

FAQ Swiss provides intensive user training via a dedicated app, which is linked to the consumer’s device. Users must complete the whole programme in order to access the full range of features on their device, to ensure the technologies are used safely and effectively. Users can also customise their treatment preferences on the app, which will then automatically sync to the device for all future uses.

The brand has been concentrating its efforts on the South Korean market, where consumers regularly incorporate LED masks, radiofrequency and galvanic devices into their daily routines. There has also been an uptick in demand for home care devices, as a result of the country’s stringent and long-running pandemic restrictions.

FAQ Swiss also has a physical store at Hyundai Department Store Duty Free in downtown Seoul, opened in 2020
