Hamel will head up FILTR’s new European office |
IRELAND. Newly created retail marketing and design agency FILTR has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Charlotte Hamel as Strategy & Consulting Director.
Hamel will lead FILTR’s retail consultancy department, which offers a range of services from space planning and brand audits through to commercial and marketing strategies and category management programmes. Hamel will be based in Dublin, Ireland, marking FILTR’s first European office.
Possessing over 13 years’ experience in travel retail and FMCG, Hamel has worked on numerous strategic business development and marketing projects in the luxury sector. She started her career at L’Oréal, working in marketing roles for Garnier and Maybelline, before moving to Luxottica, where she spent two years as Travel Retail Marketing Director. In her role at Luxottica, Hamel was responsible for developing Luxottica’s sunglasses category management strategy before being promoted to Global Brand Director for Luxottica’s Coach and Tory Burch licenses. More recently Hamel has worked in consultancy roles for a number of brands in domestic and travel retail channels.
