Finlandia Vodka introduces new berry flavours in the US

US. Finlandia Vodka has expanded its portfolio with two new flavours: Raspberry and Redberry.

Finlandia Raspberry is currently hitting shelves nationwide, while Finlandia Redberry will be available in select markets. They join the current portfolio of Finlandia flavoured vodkas, which can be purchased for US$17.99 each on the US domestic market. No plans for travel retail have yet been finalised.

Finlandia Raspberry features raspberry flavours with hints of strawberries and slight notes of chocolate, while Finlandia Redberry features subtle notes of vanilla and honey layered together with cranberries and raspberries.

“We believe the new Finlandia Raspberry and Redberry are an excellent addition to our current portfolio as they are fresh and unique, consistent with our focus on all-natural flavours,” said Finlandia Vodka Group Brand Director John Hudson.

Finlandia recently introduced a new bottle, dubbed “˜melting ice’ which captures the gentle ripples at the precise moment before ice transforms from solid to liquid. The new package strives to maintain its connection to Finnish design as it celebrates the natural forms of ice as the original Finlandia bottle did in 1970, the company said.

The new bottle also features a redesigned label and incorporates the colour associated with the particular Finlandia flavour into the font along with the real fruit image.

Lastly, the label revives an iconic piece of brand history: the facing reindeer on the logo.
