Swiss chocolate house Villars will highlight three new chocolate bars at the upcoming TFWA World Exhibition & Conference in Cannes (Riviera Village RH16).
Villars says milk from cows grazing in Swiss meadows has distinct aromatic notes according to region.
Its new chocolate bars feature milk from Fribourg, which is said to offer a “creamy and caramelised” chocolate, Bernese Highlands with a “milky and melt-in-the-mouth” version, and Lucerne with a “full-bodied and velvety” taste.
The chocolate bars target self purchasing and gifting. Wrappers highlight the regions and their cows, and emphasise the chocolate’s Swiss origin.
