Flor de Caña Blanco Reserva 7 |
Flor de Caña is launching a new super-premium aged white rum, Blanco Reserva 7, in duty free stores worldwide and throughout Mexico and Central America in August.
Retailing for US$25, Flor de Caña Blanco Reserva 7 is said to offer a sophisticated trade-up for super-premium white spirits lovers and features the new package design that was recently introduced across the brand portfolio.
The rum is slow-aged for seven years and then filtered for a crystal-clear colour. The taste is described as full-bodied, smooth and creamy, with a sweetly floral nose and a hint of vanilla – ideal for sipping on the rocks, or with a splash of sparkling water and a twist of orange, according to the company.
“Flor de Caña’s new Blanco Reserva 7 will expand our consumer base by offering a super-premium white rum that provides a richer drinking experience,” said Flor de Caña Managing Director Robert Collins. “The newest member of the award-winning Flor de Caña rum family, Blanco Reserva 7 complements our premiumisation strategy and continues to position Flor de Cana as a high-quality slow-aged sipping rum.”
