Foreo deepens Vietnam presence with IPP Travel Retail at Tân Sơn Nhất International Airport

Foreo is now available in the newly-renovated TR Galleria by IPP Travel Retail at Tân Sơn Nhất International Airport T1

VIETNAM. Foreo and IPP Travel Retail (part of Imex Pan Pacific Group) have teamed up to open a new space devoted to the Swedish beauty tech and wellbeing house at Ho Chi Minh City Tân Sơn Nhất International Airport.

Foreo is now available in IPP Travel Retail’s newly refurbished store in Terminal 1, branded TR Galleria by IPP Travel Retail. Foreo’s popular Luna 3, Luna Mini 3 and UFO 2 are on offer at the store.

As reported, the store is part of the retailer’s recent big refurbishment at the country’s busiest gateway. A further upgraded store will follow in coming weeks said IPP Travel Retail CEO Phillip Nguyen. Other major retail investments are taking place in Hanoi and Da Nang with IPP brand partners.

Foreo and IPP Travel Retail first struck a partnership in 2021. Through the partnership, Foreo is opening new placements at Tân Sơn Nhất International Airport and Landmark 81 Department Store, both in Ho Chi Minh City; Tràng Tiền Plaza and Nội Bài International Airport in Hanoi; and Da Nang Airport.

“The Vietnamese market is a huge opportunity for us,” says Foreo Global Travel Retail Director Gary Leong
The partners are opening 24 counters in Vietnam

The partners plan to open 29 counters — across five domestic outlets and 24 airports — in Vietnam.

“The Vietnamese market is a huge opportunity for us as a brand, and to be able to tap into the placement further with the support of an entity as established as IPP Travel Retail is incredible for us,” commented Foreo Global Travel Retail Director Gary Leong.

“Foreo looks forward to building our relationship with the Vietnamese people and creating a strong bond between brand and consumer. We thank IPPG for their unwavering support and assistance during the partnership.”

IPP Travel Retail CEO Phillip Nguyễn added, “At IPP Travel Retail, we pride ourselves on partnering with established and reputable brands, and Foreo of course represents a key name that is the gateway to tapping into a whole new set of customers. We’re thrilled to have them onboard with us, further strengthening our partnership and solidifying our relationship.”

Meeting a modern-day hero of Vietnam

When he returned to the Vietnam embassy in Manila the senior official hugged him and said, “Hahn, you are a hero of our country.” Both men cried with the emotion and the sheer significance of the moment.
