SINGAPORE. One of the year’s most competitive Changi Airport retail tenders – for four mid-priced fashion concessions in the new Terminal Three – has ended with victory for Giordano Originals, Lianbee Ltd, Robinson & Co and Pedro Group. All four units are in Departure/Transit Lounge North at the new T3, which opens on 9 January.

Lianbee-Jeco Ltd (representing the Braun-Buffel Boutique brand) has won the 71sq m Concession A. It offered 41% of the total monthly gross sales OR a minimum monthly guaranteed payment of S$61,500, whichever is higher.

Giordano Originals (Giordano Ladies) has been awarded the 98sq m Concession B. It offered 15% of the total monthly gross sales OR a minimum monthly guaranteed payment of S$65,000, whichever is higher.

Robinson & Co (Fat Face) has captured Concession C, a 92sq m unit, after bidding 22% of the total monthly gross sales OR a minimum monthly guaranteed payment of S$60,000, whichever is higher.

Pedro Group (representing the Pedro brand) has won Concession D, covering 94sq m. It bid 25% of the total monthly gross sales OR a minimum monthly guaranteed payment of S$38,383, whichever is higher.
