QATAR. Experienced airport commercial executive Francois Bourienne (right) has been named as Vice President Commercial at Hamad International Airport, part of Qatar Airways Group.
The highly respected Bourienne has held a series of senior roles at leading airport companies.
He was previously Chief Commercial Officer & Executive Committee Member at Abu Dhabi Airports, operator of Abu Dhabi International Airport, from May 2021 to March 2023.
Bourienne is also a former Chief Commercial Officer at AGS Airports in the UK, a position he left in October 2020.
Before joining the UK airport company he worked for over four years with The Nuance Group in sales and operations roles.
Bourienne is also a former Chair of the UK Travel Retail Forum. ✈
