GERMANY. Frankfurt International Airport has unveiled a range of new food & beverage offerings over recent months, ranging from snacks to fine dining.

The outlets include:
Connection – a new landmark in the Middle of Hall B (landside)
– Street food for passengers in a hurry
– A bistro bar with between-meal snacks
– Fine dining for guests with more time to enjoy a good-quality meal
Reopening of the Take Off Food Corner (landside)
– The LSG-run outlet has reopened after remodelling. It now features a free flow concept with cuisine from different parts of the world, including pasta, a rotisserie with grilled meat dishes, Asian dishes and a Japanese sushi bar.
Sea Food Specialities at Gosch Sylt (landside)
– This restaurant has an unusual eye-catcher: a vintage American car converted into a bar. Seafood specialties can be enjoyed standing up at raised tables or a counter.
Momento Bar (landside)
– An elongated bar concept in the entrance area of the departures hall B of Terminal 1. An inviting, very trendy atmosphere.
Häagen-Dazs (airside)
– In one of the most heavily trafficked areas of Frankfurt Airport – the B transit area of Terminal 1 – a very successful Häagen-Dazs outlet has opened in a minimum of space.
Carl Mayer’s Brezel Mobil (airside)
– A mobile concept specially developed for Frankfurt Airport. Mobile units on wheels can be pushed to follow the passenger flows, which vary depending on the flight schedule.
