USA. Fraport USA has opened three new retail, food & beverage and service providers at Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport.
The UPS Store near the Concourse C exit in the main terminal is a 600sq ft site offering packaging, shipping, printing and small business services such as passport photos.
Fast-casual restaurant Urban Bar-B-Que Company’s is also new in Concourse C. The menu at the 1,250sq ft site includes cocktails, wines and craft beers in addition to the Maryland venue’s signature barbecue dishes.
A vending machine for Diva by Cindy sells hair care products formulated with B vitamins.
Fraport Maryland Developer and Manager of the Retail Programme Brett Kelly said: “Our latest additions … respond to specific passenger wants, and we’re very pleased to welcome The UPS Store, Urban BBQ and Diva By Cindy to the BWI Marshall Community.”
BWI Marshall Airport Executive Director Ricky Smith said: “We thank Fraport Maryland and our individual concession operators for offering a high level of customer service and excellent options for our travellers.”
Fraport USA develops and manages the retail and food & beverage operations at four airports in America including Cleveland Hopkins International, Pittsburgh International and JetBlue’s Terminal 5 at John F Kennedy International in New York.
Airmall USA was renamed Fraport USA in July 2017.
