SPAIN. Foreign exchange and VAT refund specialist Global Exchange has captured a five-year extension to its contract at Madrid Barajas Airport Terminal 4, following a tender.
The company said: “This renewal shows [airport company] AENA’s satisfaction with our services after five years of operation, which makes us feel extremely proud. We have not only been able to win the tender but also to demonstrate that we are the best option and that they should continue to bet on us.”
The company noted that winning the concession necessitated a big investment, and highlighted the importance of T4 as a location for its business.
“The renewal has taught us once again that with enthusiasm, effort and commitment, we can achieve all the objectives we set for ourselves,” it added.
