Swiss chocolatier Goldkenn will unveil a revamped recipe for its popular Goldbar, along with an updated brand logo, at next week’s TFWA World Exhibition (Riviera Village, RC7).
The Goldbar will be available in two variants: milk chocolate praline with hazelnut and almonds and dark chocolate praline with hazelnuts. The refreshed chocolate recipe features ingredients such as UTZ certified cocoa and substituted palm oil with cacao butter.
Goldkenn said the recipe reflects its commitment to protecting the planet and securing a sustainable supply chain.
At TFWA World Exhibition, Goldkenn will preview its new logo and colour scheme.
The logo has been updated and features the famous Matterhorn mountain in Switzerland. The Goldbar packaging includes a new black and gold colour scheme which is said to evoke the idea of pieces of gold being mined from the earth. Dark, earthy tones contrast with golden shimmers, aiming to underline the quality and luxury of Goldkenn, said the brand.
The redesign will be extended throughout 2018 across the entire Goldkenn assortment, including the brand’s range of licensed products of milk or dark chocolate recipes combined with premium liquors such as Rémy Martin fine Champagne Cognac or Cointreau.
