The 30-year-old, 40% abv drink is described as the perfect gift to celebrate the 30th anniversary of a special event |
FRANCE. H. Mounier has launched the first-ever Prince Hubert de Polignac vintage cognac.
The 1975 Vintage is made exclusively from Grande Champagne, the finest growth in the Cognac region.
The 30yo 40% abv drink is described as the perfect gift to celebrate the 30th anniversary of a special event. Only 1,975 hand-made and individually-numbered bottles have been issued. They come in a bronze coloured presentation box covered in wood.
According to the tasting notes, the colour is very deep, with mahogany hues, characteristic of a long Limousin oak barrel ageing. The subtle nose offers a complex aromatic bouquet in which jasmine notes combine with the soft fragrance of vine flowers and dried rose. The smooth, long-lasting taste evokes aromas of coconut, vanilla and oak wood.
