USA. Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport has issued RFPs for more than 80 retail stores.
Atlanta Airport, which last year topped US$1 billion in concession sales, is requesting proposals for ten separate packages.
- Package #1 comprises 18 locations covering around 15,255sq ft, located in Concourses A & T;
- Package #2 has 22 retail concession locations totalling around 17,084sq ft, located in Concourse B and the Atrium.
- Package #3 involves three retail concessions totalling around 5,871sq ft, in Concourses B & C;
- Package #4 has three locations in 5,871sq ft, located in Concourses B & C
- Package #5 has two locations totalling 1,728sq ft, located in Concourse A
- Package #6 comprises six retail outlets in around 6,882sq ft, located in Concourses A & T
- Package #7 includes two retail locations totalling around 1,142sq ft, located in Concourse D
- Package #8 has two locations totalling around 1,061sq ft, situated in Concourse C;
- Package #9 features seven locations totalling around 5,207sq ft, located in Concourses B & D
- Package #10 has six retail vending locations totalling approximately 368sq ft, located in Concourses A & D
Bids are due on 6 September. A pre-bid conference will be held on 3 August at the Georgia International Convention Center. Following this an optional site tour will allow interested parties to have a visual inspection.
