SINGAPORE. HMSHost Corporation and Brewerkz Singapore will compete for the microbrewery restaurant concession at Singapore Changi Airport’s Terminal 3 due to open in early 2008
The restauant will be situated in the Departure/Transit lounge, Mezzanine level. The contract runs to 31 December 2010.
The Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore has called the tender through a ‘two-envelope system’. The tender bid [financial] proposal will only be opened for qualified tenderers who have cleared the concept evaluation stage.
Subsequently, a corrigendum will be issued to update the tender bids. Tender proposals which did not clear the concept evaluation stage will have their financial proposal returned unopened.
