Home run: Philip Stein teams up with the New York Yankees and adds a new watch to its Prestige collection |
Lifestyle brand Philip Stein has been named the official luxury timepiece of the New York Yankees, one of the USA’s top professional baseball teams.
The company (increasingly active in duty free and travel retail with listings on some 15 airlines and plans for airport retail development), said its timepieces will be featured at New York Yankee home games in LED stadium banners and in print and digital advertising.
To mark the partnership Philip Stein has introduced a new watch to its Prestige collection. Its design, according to the company, combines classic with a Bronx Bomber-inspired twist; colours are navy blue and silver.
A life-size version of the face will be used as the clock in many of the Yankee Stadium’s VIP suites and Phillip Stein will host exclusive luxury suite parties and showcase products in the stadium’s SAP Suite Lounge.
