HONG KONG, CHINA. Airport Authority Hong Kong (AAHK) is inviting food & beverage retailers to bid for a 400-seat dining venue in Hong Kong International Airport Terminal 2.
The concession comprises multiple units, each ranging from approximately 87.9sq m to 273.9sq m, located in the Departures Check-in Hall on Level 7.

Announcing the tender, AAHK said: “HKIA is a world-class international transport hub with extensive air, sea and land links as well as round-the-clock facilities. Through offering premium products and services, the Airport Authority strives to provide the best shopping and dining experience for our passengers.”
Interested parties must submit their proposals to the Retail & Advertising Department via email at terminal2retail@hkairport.com by 4pm (Hong Kong time) on 15 August.
Submissions must include the company name; a company background (no longer than one A4 page); shop size and food licensing requirement (e.g. General Restaurant Licence, Food Factory Licence, Light Refreshment Restaurant Licence, etc); and the name, position, email address and phone number of the contact person.
The Invitation for Proposal will be emailed to qualified operators following the receipt of the required information. ✈
