UK. Luxury British chocolatier and cocoa grower Hotel Chocolat has opened its first airport store, in the departures lounge at London Luton Airport.

The store carries a wide array of new chocolate gifts and treats that are said to be ideal for the UK’s forthcoming summer of celebration, which includes the Diamond Jubilee, Father’s Day and the 2012 Olympics. Also available is the brand’s fashion-led Summer Range, which incorporates on-trend neon hues, and the Chocs to Chill collection.
London Luton Airport Commercial Director Rupert Lawrie commented: “We are delighted to welcome Hotel Chocolat. Their arrival adds a touch of luxury and enhances the existing mix of retail and catering for passengers to experience as they travel through London Luton.”
This latest store further broadens Hotel Chocolat’s boutique store collection, which now includes locations across the UK and the Channel Islands, in addition to Boston and New York in the US.
