The olfactory equivalent of the modern femme fatale, the floriental Fatale juice – composed by IFF’s Jean-Marc Chaillan – opens on notes of pink pepper, mango and blackcurrant, building to a heart of gardenia, orris absolute and patchouli. The base blends musk, orchid, a chocolate gourmand accord and labdanum.
The faceted flacon references a woman’s myriad sides, according to the brand. The bottle is encircled with a shiny black metal collar and topped with a crystal cap. The outer carton is a textured black.
The ad campaign features Mónica Cruz in black lingerie, wrapped around a chain. Agent Provacateur Fatale is available as a 30ml, 50ml and 100ml edp.
The Agent Provocateur Fatale Pink fragrance, more suited to certain markets such as Asia, was composed by Drom’s Jean-Claude Delville. It features top notes of tangerine, pear flower and yuzu whipped crème, atop a floral heart of night-blooming datura, camellia and pink lotus. The base includes bamboo, musk and black saffron.
The packaging is a re-tweaked version of Fatale, with pink accents, which reveals the pink juice within. Fatale Pink is also available as a 30ml, 50ml and 100ml edp.
