Interparfums’ 72%-owned French subsidiary Interparfums SA has obtained the rights to the Off-White brand name and trademarks for fragrance and cosmetic products, subject to an existing licence set to expire at the end of the year.
The agreement marks the beginning of a long-term collaboration between the two companies, aiming to align strategic vision and innovation across new category launches and market activations.

Off-White, founded in 2012 by the late designer Virgil Abloh, has carved a distinct position in the luxury fashion landscape, blending high-end streetwear with an avant-garde sensibility. Abloh sought to establish a brand with a universal design language, founded in disruption and inclusivity which are central to youth culture.
Off-White is distinguished by its artistic and conceptual approach and its deconstructionist aesthetic, featuring contrasts in materials, functional details and unfinished elements.
It is also known for its iconography, including the ‘X’ logo, crossed arrows and the use of quotation marks, as well as its commitment to social responsibility.
Interparfums CEO Jean Madar commented: “Off-White blends the worlds of streetwear and luxury in a spirit of talent and inventiveness. This is a tremendous opportunity for us considering the brand’s unique positioning, not to mention Virgil Abloh’s impressive creative legacy.
“This brand will help us explore new openings for fragrances in the luxury sector.” ✈
