INTERNATIONAL. Cabin crew from British Mediterranean Airways, bmi and Thomsonfly took the top awards at this year’s Inflight Sales Person of the Year (ISPY) Awards, held near London on Friday evening.
The awards were presented at a gala dinner – the culmination of four days’ observation and evaluation via workshops and training assessments.
The overall winners were named as Peter Turner of British Mediterranean Airways, Rachael Cole of bmi buy on board and Gemma Foster of Thomsonfly (see full list below).
MyTravel Airways scooped the ISPY 2007 Airline of the Year honour.
The event was organised by UK firm Travel Retail Training, headed by Christine and Ray Martin.
