USA. Jackmont Hospitality will introduce two local food & beverage brands to the PHL Food & Shops concessions programme at Philadelphia International Airport early next year.
Fast-food outlet Federal Donuts & Chicken and seafood restaurant Oyster House will be operated by Jackmont in partnership with ACDBE partner, High Places Concessions Managing Member Brenda Branch.
Federal Donuts & Chicken will open its 12th store and first airport location featuring “best-in-class” donuts, fried chicken and coffee.
The brand was founded by James Beard Award-winning restaurateurs Chef Michael Solomonov and Steve Cook and partners Bob Logue, Tom Henneman and Felicia D’Ambrosio.
Also making its airport debut will be Oyster House, which has third-generation family ownership led by Sam Mink. The restaurant brand has been trading in downtown Philadelphia for over 40 years.
MarketPlace PHL Vice President and General Manager Mel Hannah said: “There’s no shortage of exceptional foodie brands across the Delaware Valley, and even more ‘Founded in Philly’ announcements are coming soon. With a huge 2026 on the way, we are excited to announce the addition of these two locations, with more to come.”
Jackmont Hospitality President Daniel Halpern commented: “Our team is thrilled to launch these famous Philly brands with PHL Food & Shops. Having operated restaurants for several decades in Center City and on City Avenue, we understand the potential and prestige of PHL as well as what it takes to have long-term success in Philadelphia.”
