Jason Blejwas joins King Power International as Deputy Chief Commercial Officer

THAILAND. King Power International has named Jason Blejwas as Deputy Chief Commercial Officer.

Jason Blejwas has extensive experience across travel retail, including an earlier nine-year stint with DFS Group

A well-regarded figure in travel retail, Blejwas brings over ten years of experience in the channel to his new employer.

This includes a nine-year stint from 2012 to 2021 with DFS Group in Hong Kong where he occupied various senior roles such as Global Merchandising Manager – Sunglasses and Fashion Jewelry; Global Merchandising Director – Fashion, Watches, Jewelry, and Accessories; and Global Fashion Operations Director.

After that and before joining King Power, Blejwas spent almost three years as Senior Vice President for Merchandising, Planning, and Allocation at Malaysian upscale retailer Valiram where he led group-level merchandising for domestic and travel retail markets.

Blejwas has over 20 years of experience on both the retailer and brand side and has successfully opened and managed retail locations across 12 countries in flagship department stores and first-tier international airports.

His areas of expertise include merchandising, planning, and allocation, omnichannel marketing strategies, ecommerce strategies, curation, and exclusive product development with top brand partners. ✈
