JCDecaux enhances brand communication in new CDG concourse

This backlit display located in the entrance hall of the central area highlights exclusive visibility for Estée Lauder

JCDecaux Airport Paris has unveiled details of its innovative media displays in the new Concourse 4 located in Paris Charles de Gaulle Terminal 2E.

The displays follow a brand new scenography, the company said. They are integrated into the prestigious architecture of Concourse 4, creating a dynamic animation in each zone, in the heart of the passenger flow.

The company said it could offer ‘never-seen before’ and privileged communication opportunities to brands, ensuring prestige and performance, including a limited number of displays, innovative and interactive surfaces of expression, and area exclusivity.

The displays are strategically implemented in various locations:

– Backlit large format, located in the entrance hall of the central area, highlighting exclusive visibility for Estée Lauder;

– Digital frescos, composed of nine screens in portrait format, animating the central area of Concourse 4;

– Two lightboxes, the largest ever implemented in Paris airports according to JCDecaux, each with a surface area of 58sq m, and dedicated to Zenith Watches.

JCDecaux Airport Paris Managing Director Isabelle Fourmentin said: “The opening of Concourse 4 allows JCDecaux Airport Paris to step forward and emphasise the implementation of its displays. This implementation was entirely redesigned and located in strategic places.”

With the opening of Concourse 4 located in Terminal 2E of Paris Charles de Gaulle airport, Aéroports de Paris provides 6,000sq m of retail and food & beverage facilities to long-haul flight passengers travelling to Asia and North America.

The airport served 88.1 million passengers in 2011, a +6% increase on 2010.
