USA. Jersey Mike’s Subs has launched a restaurant in New York LaGuardia Airport Terminal C.
The new venue is operated in collaboration with Manan Shah and his family, who also oversee multiple Dunkin’ airport locations as well as Jersey Mike’s at Gateway Plaza in Newark.
Jersey Mike’s Subs VP Business Development, Jersey Mike’s Franchise Systems, Brian O’Hagan said: “We are excited to partner with Manan Shah and his family to open our eighth Jersey Mike’s airport location and bring A Sub Above to hungry travellers flying in and out of LaGuardia.”
Other Jersey Mike’s airport locations include Newark Liberty, Las Vegas Harry Reid, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta, Orlando, Washington Dulles, Charlotte Douglas and Los Angeles. A further Jersey Mike’s restaurant is in the pipeline for Houston’s William P. Hobby Airport.
According to Jersey Mike’s, its subs are “travel friendly” with premium meats and cheeses sliced on the spot and served on bread baked in-store. Fresh vegetables are topped with ‘the juice’, a blend of red wine vinegar and olive oil.
A passion for giving in Jersey Mike’s local communities is reflected in the company’s motto ‘Giving… making a difference in someone’s life’. As reported, Jersey Mike’s Subs collaborated with over 200 local US charities in its 13th annual ‘Month of Giving’ fundraising campaign earlier this year.
