Kering Eyewear reveals Gucci’s latest exclusive Global Travel Retail campaign

Channel focus: This marks the third time that Kering Eyewear has launched an exclusive travel retail campaign for the Gucci brand

Kering Eyewear has underlined its continuing commitment to the travel channel by unveiling Gucci’s third exclusive global travel retail campaign.

It will be rolled out globally from this month through to January 2021.

The new campaign was shot by acclaimed fashion photographer Harmony Korine and showcases two pairs of Gucci Eyewear sunglasses designed for international travellers.

The women’s pair features an oversized 70’s-style oval silhouette with a rimless construction, gradient lenses and fork-shaped temples.

It is decorated with the brand’s interlocking G logo and a glowing enamel finish.

Fashion photographer Harmony Korine has worked on a number of Gucci campaigns in close collaboration with Gucci Creative Director Alessandro Michele

The men’s pair is lightweight and versatile and takes inspiration from the classic pilot design. It features a gold-tone metal construction with acetate rims and end tips and is embellished with ornamental rivets and Gucci lettering.

Both women’s and men’s styles come in two colourways.

The seasonal visuals will be displayed in selected travel retail locations as part of Gucci Eyewear’s channel-oriented strategy. Top travel retail doors will also feature dedicated displays and exclusive customer experiences.
