FRANCE. Luxury brand Korloff Paris will launch a collection of three women’s 88ml edt fragrances, created in honour of the 88ct Korloff Noir – said to be the world’s largest brilliant cut black diamond – at the forthcoming TFWA World Exhibition (Green Village H60).
Created by company owner/CEO Daniel Paillasseur, each fragrance has a different colour (like coloured diamonds), is numbered Kn°I, Kn°II and Kn°III, and has a specific woman in mind.

The sparkling new scent trio from Korloff Paris |
Kn°I: Green Korloff Diamond Said to resemble a “flower of the Andes”, this fragrance was created for the sensual, mysterious contemporary woman who has a strong sense of freedom. The heady green juice combines notes of fresh rose, lily of the valley and white cedar nuances.
Kn°II: Blue Korloff Diamond Designed to evoke a night in Ceylon, this scent is coloured a dark, velvety blue to resemble the enveloping night. The juice features notes of peach, Tonka bean and iris. It targets the woman who is determined to follow her dreams to the end, according to the company.
Kn°III: Red Korloff Diamond Said to be the fragrant embodiment of a journey to Siam, this fragrance is coloured red to symbolise burning passion and is aimed at sensual, passionate and seductive women. The juice contains ylang ylang, freesia and musk.
Available from the end of this year, with initial launches in the Middle East, Eastern Europe and Russia, each fragrance bottle has a Korloff-cut, diamond-styled glass stopper and features the talismanic back-to-back “˜K’ signature – the symbol of the brand.
The outer carton is a white box with a diamond symbol and “˜K’ logo design, coloured to reflect the individual fragrance shade.
Korloff is present in over 42 countries with a network of exclusive boutiques and corners in Europe, Asia, the US, Near and Middle East. With 450 points of sale and 32 boutiques, Korloff is well known for its highly individual designs in 18ct gold, mother of pearl and coloured lacquer jewellery, watches, writing instruments, sunglasses and fragrances.
Crafted in its home town of Lyon, France, all items carry the “˜K’ signature – a guarantee of each piece’s authenticity.
With this strong domestic reputation, Korloff is now looking to extend its distribution into international travel retail markets and will be pleased to introduce the brand to buyers in Cannes. In addition to the new fragrances, Korloff will be showing pieces from its new jewellery and watch collections.
“Our international boutiques create a level of architecture that match our image with strong vertical lines, warm, luxurious interiors, top quality decor, and – of course – the ever present back-to-back K or the Korloff logo,” explained Paillasseur.
“With our ability to design layouts to meet any space criteria, we are confident that our boutiques and corners will translate exceedingly well into the airport environment.”
Stand contacts in Cannes will be Bassam Azakir, Korloff Managing Partner (email: azakir@korlof.fr ) and Stephane Lawyee, Sales Manager, Perfumery Division (email: parfums@korloff.fr )
