AUSTRALIA. Passengers can now enjoy Bellissimo Coffee in Brisbane Airport’s Domestic Terminal . The coffee roastery, unveiled in partnership with Lagardère AWPL, is among several new culinary additions to the airport’s Southern Terminal near the Virgin gates.

As a staple in Brisbane, Bellissimo Coffee has established a strong reputation with stores located in Coorparoo, Bulimba and Fortitude Valley. The airport store joins these venues in offering the coffee house’s signature flavours.
Brisbane Airport Executive General Manager Commercial Martin Ryan commented: “We are delighted to continue our strong, long-term relationship with Lagardère AWPL and welcome Bellissimo Coffee as one of its signature destinations for a quality cup of coffee.
“The coffee experience within the airport is a pivotal part of the passenger journey, and this iconic Brisbane brand will offer a first and last taste of the city to thousands of visitors who pass through each day.
“Having one of Australia’s most-awarded coffee roasters expand their presence in the Domestic Terminal further adds to the airport’s elevated dining experience.”
Bellissimo Coffee Director Mark Bignell noted: “We are pleased to partner with Lagardère AWPL and Brisbane Airport to bring travellers the opportunity to savour a good cup of coffee with us before they embark on their journey.
“This is an exciting evolution and coming-of-age for Bellissimo Coffee. We are humble custodians of great coffees and have incredible respect and appreciation for the hard work of coffee farmers around the world.
“The Bellissimo Coffee team is ready to show why we are regarded as one of the best coffee roasters in the country.”
The café serves freshly roasted beans from its Coorparoo roastery, accompanied by an artisanal food menu. Its location offers visitors sweeping views across the airport.
The coffee menu includes cold drip, filter, single-origin batch brews and blends, a rotating weekly selection, as well as coffee cocktails.
The food menu offers a mix of grab-and-go options and café dining favourites from Bellissimo Coffee’s other locations. These include wholesome breakfasts, freshly-baked pies, sandwiches and sweet homemade baked goods.
Lagardère AWPL CEO Costa Kouros commented on the opening: “We are excited to see our latest café venue open at Brisbane Domestic Airport today.
“The Lagardère AWPL and Bellissimo teams have worked hard to create a fantastic experience for travellers, and we thank our brilliant partners at Bellissimo and Brisbane Airport for trusting us to bring this piece of the Domestic Terminal’s evolution to life.”
