Lancôme and International Shoppes reveal revamped Rose Agora Concept boutique in New York JFK

US. Lancôme Travel Retail, part of L’Oréal Group, has partnered with International Shoppes to revamp its presence in New York John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) in line with its new ‘Rose Agora’ retail concept.

It is the first Rose Agora counter in Americas travel retail.

The elegant store, located in Terminal 1, takes inspiration from the signature Lancôme rose and features striking rose gold and gold accents. Organic curves feature throughout the space, inspired by rose petals.

The store offers a seamless, digitally driven customer journey through an interactive and immersive retail environment that highlights the power of Lancôme’s triple-axis portfolio of skincare, makeup and fragrance.

Interactive digital screens play Lancôme’s latest campaigns, showcase product selections and spotlight bestsellers, providing easy wayfinding through the store. A menu of beauty tech services enhance the shopping experience by providing bespoke skincare consultations.

At the store, travellers can enjoy five to ten-minute services that include digital skin diagnosis using the Lancôme Youth Finder, foundation shade matching through the Shade Finder tool and bespoke radiance-boosting skincare consultations with the Pro Radiance Booster.

Makeup is a self-discovery adventure at the Rose Agora store, which is designed so travellers can explore and experiment with different makeup looks. An Experience Table invites travellers to discover Lancôme’s fragrance offerings and showcases key Lancôme fragrance pillars including La Vie Est Belle and Îdole.

Shoppers can discover Lancôme’s premium Absolue skincare collection through a dedicated wall bay and counter. They can also experience the sensoriality of the line’s formulas first-hand with the help of on-site Beauty Advisors.
