FRANCE. Lancôme has taken its groundbreaking “powermascara” Ôscillation one step further, with the introduction of an innovative new lash primer, called Ôscillation Powerbooster Vibrating Amplifier Base. Available now in travel retail worldwide, it is described as the brand’s first ever vibrating booster to promote natural lash growth.
Ôscillation Powerbooster is claimed to improve lash density, thickness and length, making natural lash growth visible. It also instantly amplifies the power of every mascara, according to Lancôme.
The product’s key ingredient is a complex called Crescentiaâ„¢ , inspired by anti-hair loss technology. When combined with a vibrating motion, it is said to stimulate lashes at their base to promote growth.
Other key ingredients include Madecassosside, a Centella Asiatica extract used in anti-hair loss products, and Arginine, renowned for its ability to boost micro-circulation.
The Ôscillation Powerbooster formula works in harmony with the applicator’s vibrations, which act like a massage at the very base of the lash fringe, thus helping boost micro-circulation and achieve a unique make-up result, the brand maintains. Clinical studies show that lash condition is improved in 28 days.
Ôscillation Powerbooster should be applied from root to tip, before applying mascara. It retails domestically at around €35.
