AUSTRALIA. Leading food & beverage (F&B) retailers have signed up to support the fourth Australian Airports Association (AAA) Retail & Commercial Forum as partners. The 2025 event takes place in Sydney on 21-23 July.
The industry support panel sponsorship model for the Retail & Commercial Forum was introduced by organisers – the AAA, The Mercurius Group and The Moodie Davitt Report – when the event began in 2022 and has been adopted each year since. Support panels allow multiple players in a sector to be part of the event in a cost-effective manner and to show industry-wide solidarity.
The F&B partners signed up for this year are Airport Retail Group Australia, Emirates Leisure Retail, Delaware North and SSP Group.

Airport Retail Group Australia Director George Drivas commented: “We are delighted to again support this event, which brings together the industry from across our region. We see it as a spring board to create new partnerships as we expand our reach in the travel space.”
Delaware North Chief Operating Officer Kieran Fitzpatrick said: “We remain selective and focused on the right opportunities within the airport market at Delaware North and we are very pleased to be backing the F&B Support Panel at the 2025 AAA Retail & Commercial Forum in Sydney.”
Emirates Leisure Retail Australia Regional Director and General Manager – ANZ Davina Connell said: “After a successful 2024 event we are delighted to join the F&B Industry Support Panel of sponsors again in 2025. The Retail & Commercial Forum is a key platform to bring together the industry in one place to network and connect each year.”
SSP General Manager Australia Dominic Cain said: “The Forum is a great opportunity to connect with our airport partners, share ideas and explore how we can continue to elevate the passenger experience across Australia and New Zealand.”

The Forum focuses on promoting the growth and development of retail and commercial revenues for airports and concessionaires across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific region.
Registrations to attend the Forum are now open via the AAA website: Airport Retail & Commercial Forum – Australian Airports Association
