Lindt and Avolta “enchant the world with chocolate” at upgraded Zurich Airport retail island

From the Lindor Smile Machine to limited-edition launches, Lindt’s revamped retail island raises the bar for confectionery retail at Zurich Airport

SWITZERLAND. Chocolate house Lindt & Sprüngli has unveiled a revamped retail island at Zurich Airport. Spanning 57sq m, the enhanced space continues the long-standing collaboration between Lindt, Avolta and Zurich Airport.

The upgraded retail island is designed to elevate shopper engagement through innovative features and high-quality product offerings. It also serves as a complement to the Lindt boutique at the airport.

The centrepiece of the space is the Lindor Smile Machine, an interactive photo booth that merges entertainment with sampling.  The Smile Machine encourages visitors to smile, rewarding them with a printed souvenir photo and a chilled Lindor truffle.

Freshly crafted chocolates, sourced from the nearby Lindt Boutique at the airport, add another layer of sensorial appeal to the retail island, offering travellers a chance to experience the Swiss brand’s artisanal chocolate craftsmanship.

Travellers can shop popular Lindt lines including Lindor and Swiss Masterpieces alongside new additions such as the Lindt Choco Wafers. The Lindt Gruezi range and Lindor Pick & Mix are also prominently showcased.
