Lindt promotion boosts sales and brand awareness at KLIA – 04/09/06

Lindt goes on display at KLIA until mid-September to raise profile and sales

MALAYSIA. The latest Lindt chocolate promotion at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) has boosted sales and the profile of the brand, according to chocolate retailer Chocolate Sales & Supplies.

A Lindt chocolate display is on show at KLIA’s satellite building from 15 July to 15 September.

Lindt is giving away Lindt teddy bears for every purchase of RM200 (US$54) worth of chocolates and Lindt bags for purchases of over RM150 (US$40). Promoters are also handing out Lindt chocolates to customers during this campaign.

“This promotion has performed remarkably well and reflects the dynamism of Lindt as the leading Swiss chocolate brand,” said Chocolate Sales & Supplies Group Marketing Manager Shereen Lau.
