LITHUANIA. Lithuanian Airports is set to launch a tender to lease and operate the business lounge in Vilnius Airport Terminal 2. The contract will commence in Q1 2026 and have an eight-year duration.
“The current Lithuanian Airports-operated Narbutas Business Lounge will be closed by the end of 2025 and starting in 2026 we plan to open a new, expanded business lounge, better suited for Vilnius passengers’ needs,” Lithuanian Airports Head of Sales Aurimas Abisala told The Moodie Davitt Report.

The preliminary commercial conditions for the operator of the lounge, which will expand the current space to more than 700sq m, include investment into the design and furnishings, and responsibility for all staffing, supply and promotions.
A to-be-agreed percentage of total lounge revenue will be paid by the operator as the rental fee to Lithuanian Airports.

Passenger numbers at Vilnius Airport are projected to reach 6.7 million by 2033, with steady increases predicted each coming year based on available data. The expected growth will build on the 4.36 million served at the airport in 2023 and the 4.48 million served in the year to date (to end November 2024).
Vilnius Airport is Lithuania’s number one travel hub, located 5.9km south of the capital city.
Lounge operators interested in the opportunity should contact Aurimas Abisala (a.abisala@ltou.lt) and Sales Project Manager Vaidas Noreika (v.noreika@ltou.lt) for more information. ✈
