SWITZERLAND. Swiss watchmaker Longines has added a new model to its Column-Wheel Single Push-Piece Chronograph line.
The watch, part of the Longines Heritage collection, is a re-issue of a single push-piece model produced in the first part of the 20th century.
The chronograph – a watch that is used both as a display and stopwatch – features a 41mm diameter transparent steel case back showing the Longines’ signature watch movement and blued finish column wheel. A single push-piece is said to reinforce the model’s sleek design.
Available in black matte or white lacquer, its dial features black or white contrasting Arabic numerals, a tachymeter scale and rhodium-plated or blued finish steel hands. The chronograph comes with a black or brown leather strap.
Longines is a member of The Swatch Group and has outlets in more than 140 countries.
