L’Oréal highlights Biotherm brand with Oslo hydration promotion

L’Oréal Travel Retail has installed the biggest Biotherm promotional podium of the season at Oslo Airport. From 1 March to 30 April the location will feature a high-profile animation highlighting the brand’s signature hydration properties. The event will showcase each key axis of the brand, including facial care, body care and Biotherm Homme.

Interactive elements include a personalised skin diagnosis for female passengers, while men are invited to sample what Biotherm calls a “unique hydration experience”.

This latter element features a 360-degree immersive kitesurfing session, as experienced through the eyes and ears of world champion Youri Zoon, using Oculus Rift virtual reality technology, including headphones and goggles.

Zoon recorded images of himself kitesurfing in Tarifa, regarded as a wind sports paradise. “Thanks to the images recorded, [travellers] can see, hear and nearly feel what the champion experienced in one of the world’s most famous kitesurfing spots,” L’Oréal explained.
