FRANCE. In response to changes within distribution channels and its brand portfolio, L’Oréal’s Luxury Products Division has re-organised its travel retail marketing division.
With immediate effect, Lise Bellavoine (pictured) has been appointed Marketing Director in charge of Brand, Image and New Consumer Services.
The aim of this department will be to supervise the coherence of brand positioning and image on an international level, and to bring more added value to the group’s range of products. Most importantly, the department will build a new development model to be based on creating innovative new services for the consumer.
Bellavoine began working for the L’Oréal group in January 1996 in the Consumer Products Division. She joined the Luxury Products Division at the beginning of 2001 as Marketing Manager of Helena Rubinstein Make-up, before joining Lancôme Make-up as Marketing Manager.
Drawing on her expertise, Bellavoine has developed a number of great products and service tools, according to L’Oréal. She has also proved her leadership and her capacity to rally teams around projects.
“We are sure Lise will offer all the creativity and rigour needed for the accomplishment of our new ambitions in Travel Retail,” said the company in a statement.
Jean-Michel Bostroem keeps his position as Marketing Director in charge of the Development of Exclusive Products, Publicity and Trade Communication.
“During all these years, Jean-Michel has shown a great talent, known to all,” continued the statement. “Our position as a leader in terms of visibility in airports, onboard airlines and also in terms of the exclusive Travel Retail products market share, testifies the visible results he has achieved with his teams and we are convinced he will continue to keep this market dynamic.”
