Luis Rodolfo joins Nuance in new marketing and intelligence role

Luis Rodolfo: A strong track record in driving commercial revenues at Portugal’s airports

INTERNATIONAL. Nuance has named Luis Rodolfo as Global Strategic Marketing & Business Intelligence Director. Rodolfo is well-known in the airport commercial world as the former Retail Director at ANA-Aeroportos de Portugal, where he has overseen the transformation of commercial activities at Portugal’s airports in recent years.

Rodolfo joins the company effective today (4 March) and will be based on the company’s head office in Zürich. He will focus on developing an information centre for market and consumer intelligence, which will be part of the recently announced Chief Commercial Officer function that will serve the entire global organisation. Rodolfo will report directly to Andrea Belardini, CEO Europe and Global Chief Commercial Officer.

Rodolfo worked with ANA for over six years as Retail Director across seven airports (including Lisbon, Porto, Faro, Azores). He helped implement significant changes in the quality of the retail offer, increased retail revenues and helped improve the level of customer satisfaction. Rodolfo has over 17 years’ experience in retail: before joining ANA he worked for companies such as ADEO and Exxon Mobil.
