FRANCE. Gilles Dougoud has been appointed General Manager Parfums Christian Dior. In his new role, based in Paris, he will report to Dior’s European President Bruno Angibeau.
Dougoud was formerly General Manager of Givenchy and Guerlain in the USA, as well as of Givenchy’s Canadian division. He has been with the LVMH group since 1994.
Before his stint in the USA Dougoud managed Parfums Givenchy in the UK and Ireland. Prior to joining LVMH he worked for Procter & Gamble.
Dougoud succeeds Philippe Sode, who was named International Director of Guerlain earlier this summer.
