MAC’s ‘Ricky and Nicki’ Viva Glam duo brightens up the travel retail channel

As previously reported, the 2012 MAC Viva Glam campaign is being fronted by Ricky Martin and Nicki Minaj. This year’s products are rolling out in travel retail worldwide this month.

All the proceeds from Nicki Minaj’s lipstick and Ricky Martin’s lip conditioner will be donated to the MAC Aids Fund

Nicki Minaj’s lipstick is a “scene-stealing” satin bright yellow pink, while Ricky Martin’s product is a colourless lip conditioner, presented in a portable tube that goes from day to dance floor, according to the brand. Every cent of every Viva Glam product is donated to the MAC Aids Fund.

Both Martin and Minaj will be raising HIV/AIDS awareness among young people around the globe. The message is: “Be bold, be beautiful, be safe”.
