MALAYSIA. Malaysia Airports and Zoo Negara have collaborated in an innovative event at Kuala Lumpur International Airport 2 (KLIA2).
Aimed at raising public awareness on wildlife conservation, the two-day programme offered interactive activities including face painting sessions, talks on endangered animals, chicken dance routines and an animal adoptive drive.

It was part of Malaysia Airport’s Indulge & Explore Campaign, a commercial initiative to promote airports as lifestyle destinations and underline the importance of wildlife conservation and personal wellness.
Passengers travelling through KLIA and KLIA2 are rewarded for shopping and dining at the terminals with a link to the latest campaign. Weekly prizes include seven three-day Lovina Dolphin Experience trips for two at Lovina, Bali; or six three-day New Leaf Detox Programmes for two in Koh Samui, Thailand. By spending RM200 (US$47.50) at any of the participating outlets, travellers have the chance of winning the grand prize: the opportunity to volunteer in a six-day Panda Experience Programme.
The Indulge & Explore Campaign started on 7 December 2015 and will run until 6 March 2016.
