Mandarina Duck makes debut on Brussels Airlines with FORMIA

Guest amenity and hospitality specialist FORMIA has begun supplying Brussels Airlines with new onboard amenity kits which are housed in a Mandarina Duck bag.

In a move which reflects the airline’s drive to further improve customer service and enhance passengers’ journey experience, this represents the first time the luxury Mandarina Duck brand has been included on an airline amenity programme.

Two specially designed Mandarina Duck bags are offered onboard, varying for inbound and outbound flights. Each bag contains a variety of comfort items and cosmetics from renowned Stockholm brand FACE.
