Mohit Lal, currently Managing Director of Pernod Ricard India, has been named Managing Director of Pernod Ricard Asia Travel Retail, effective 1 August. He will succeed Con Constandis who is retiring after a long and distinguished career within the group, leading Corby, Pernod Ricard China and Pernod Ricard Asia Travel Retail.
Lal will continue as a member of the Board of Pernod Ricard India, after spearheading the double-digit business growth of Pernod Ricard over the last four years in this market.
Guillaume Girard-Reydet, currently Managing Director of Pernod Ricard Wyborowa and of the Central Europe Management Entity, replaces Lal as Managing Director of Pernod Ricard India.
Lal and Girard-Reydet will report to Philippe Guettat, Chairman & CEO of Pernod Ricard Asia, and will be members of the Regional Management Committee of Pernod Ricard Asia.

Eric Benoist, currently Marketing Director of Chivas Brothers Ltd, is named Managing Director of Pernod Ricard Wyborowa and of the Central Europe Management Entity. He will report to Christian Porta, Chairman & CEO of Pernod Ricard EMEA, and will be a member of the Pernod Ricard EMEA Regional Executive Committee.
Sophie Gallois, currently Marketing Director of Ricard SA, is appointed Marketing Director of Chivas Brothers Ltd from 1 September. She will report to Laurent Lacassagne, Chairman & CEO of Chivas Brothers Ltd, and will be a member of the Management Committee.
Stephanie Durroux, currently Director of Strategy and Development of Martell Mumm Perrier-Jouët, will replace Gallois as Marketing Director of Ricard SA.
Fabrice Audan, currently Managing Director of Pernod Ricard Northern Europe, will also be appointed Managing Director of Pernod Ricard Sweden. He will still report to Christian Porta, Chairman & CEO of Pernod Ricard EMEA, and will remain a member of the regional Executive Committee.
