The Special Administrative Region is also the base for our Mandarin and Cantonese-speaking Associate Director, Events, Vincci Chung.

They are supported in Hainan by Chief China Representative Zhang Yimei, former Deputy General Manager at Hainan Tourism Investment Duty Free Co (HTDF), who heads our Moodie Davitt Hainan-based entity, which publishes Moodie Davitt China Travel Retail Express.

Dachang Wang, who had spent two years with HTDF as Brand Manager, serves as Editor of Moodie Davitt China Travel Retail Express reporting to Zhang Yimei. He is joined in Haikou by Lara Netherlands, who serves on a freelance basis fronting Moodie Davitt STUDIO films and contributing regular articles.

Revenue and earnings growth: Travel experience player Avolta last week reported nine-month results, with consolidated turnover reaching CHF10,371 million and core turnover of CHF10,172 million (US$11,743 million), up +8.4% year-on-year reported and +6.6% on an organic basis.
