New premium eco-vodka Nemiroff Distinct has been awarded a coveted double gold medal in the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
Introduced to the market in May 2011, Distinct has been awarded two accolades in the US over the last month: the first was an “Excellent, highly recommended” title conferred in March 2012 following the Ultimate Beverage Challenge competition in New York.
“The award in San Francisco confirmed the status and quality of the eco-beverage,” said Nemiroff.
As well as Nemiroff Distinct, three other beverages by Nemiroff were highly evaluated by the experts: premium vodka Nemiroff LEX, mild vodka Nemiroff Delicate and white classical vodka Nemiroff Original.
Following the San Francisco World Spirits Competition testing results, the jury awarded a gold medal to LEX and silver medals to Nemiroff Delikat and Nemiroff Original.

However, new vodkas by the international brand are gaining much popularity and recognition as well, and Nemiroff Distinct is a prime case in point.”
In order to test the intensity and originality of Nemiroff Distinct’s flavour, barmen suggest enhancing the distinctive taste with apple, mint, kiwi, lime or celery, the company said.

San Francisco World Spirits Competition is among the top ten major trade competitions in the world, where suppliers present their products for evaluation by an independent jury. This year, an all-time high number of participants in the 12-year history of the competition contended for the awards: over 1,200 products from 60 countries. The winner was selected by experts in restaurant and hotel businesses, professional testers, journalists, buying agents and consultants via blind testing.
