BAHRAIN. Nestlé International Travel Retail (NITR) has created a new gwp offer to celebrate the inaugural Bahrain Grand Prix, which took place on 4 April. It forms part of Bahrain Duty Free’s wider Grand Prix promotional programme, which began in February and runs through to the end of this month.
A free Kit Kat Sports watch/Stopwatch is being offered to travellers with each Kit Kat 660g Mega Pack purchased. The offer is being promoted using themed Grand Prix plinths, topped with a Kit Kat racing car.
“The displays maximise the impact of the offer and immediately associate Nestlé as a sponsor of the Bahrain Duty Free promotion,” commented area manager Alan Brennan. “These colourful, eye-catching displays are being positioned in the nominated Bahrain Duty Free “pit stop” area, along with the other Grand Prix promotional features, as well as within the main confectionery area to maximise impulse purchases within both locations.”
