INDIA. Newly appointed Diageo Global Travel Managing Director Dayalan Nayager (pictured below) is to address delegates at next month’s Trinity Forum in Mumbai.
As revealed by The Moodie Davitt Report, Nayager is taking over from Doug Bagley in a remodelled travel retail operation based out of London.
Nayager, representing the industry’s biggest brand company, will appear in an unprecedentedly powerful session, alongside Julián Díaz, CEO of the world’s leading travel retailer, Dufry; and Paul Griffiths, CEO of the busiest international airport, Dubai International.
Other additional speakers to join a powerful programme include Saurabh Kumar, Chief Executive Officer, Hyderabad Duty Free Retail Limited, GMR Group; and Chris Rayner, CEO, SSP Asia-Pacific. Both are participating in a special ACI World session 14 September entitled ‘Evaluating the critical correlation between passenger satisfaction and financial performance’.
The Trinity Forum, the world’s leading airport commercial revenues conference, will be held at the Trident Nariman Point Hotel in Mumbai on 12-14 September. It is a tri-partite alliance between The Moodie Davitt Report, Airports Council International (ACI) and ACI Asia-Pacific. The event is hosted this year by GVK and Mumbai International Airport Limited.
Hotel booking (with special rates for Trinity delegates) is open for the Trident Nariman and The Oberoi, Mumbai, two of the city’s most prestigious hotels. They are connected by a walkway and both offer direct access to the conference facility.
