GERMANY. Leading German eyewear group Nigura Metzler Optics International showcased its range of sunglasses for several leading fashion brands at the TFWA Asia Pacific show in Singapore.
With all eyes on Aigner this season following its Autumn/Winter 2010 catwalk show during Milan Fashion Week, the German fashion house’s 2010 collection of sunglass frames are crafted in stainless steel, metal and acetate. The brand’s horseshoe logo is prominently featured.
Frame colours include different shades of brown, red and black, black and white, rose, olive green, and metallic silver, gold and platinum.

Bruno Banani sunglasses feature the German fashion brand’s quirky tagline ‘Not For Everybody’ on the wall fixtures. Frames come in acetate and metal and feature motifs such as tattoos, graffiti and Indian-style scripts.
As well as classic black, models are available in white, grey, transparent, red, lilac and brown alongside metallic silver and copper colours.
All frames meet the stringent standards of EU directives for optical devices.
