EUROPE. Victoria’s Secret, the fast-growing specialty retailer of lingerie and beauty products, has opened three new Beauty & Accessories Stores in partnership with The Nuance Group.
As a result Victoria’s Secret enters the Iberian Peninsula and German markets, and expands its presence in Sweden.
Located at Lisbon Airport in Portugal, Gothenburg-Landvetter Airport in Sweden and Hamburg Airport in Germany, the new airport stores focus on an “iconic, fashion-forward range of beauty products and accessories designed for the modern jet-setter”, Nuance said.
The offer includes prestige fragrances such as the FiFi Award-winning Victoria’s Secret Bombshell, just-launched collections like the new Fabulous, and perennial favourites including VS Fantasies. Travel-ready items such as signature lip glosses and body-care products will also feature prominently.
The locations feature a range of “functional-yet-chic” accessories, including branded cosmetics cases, multi-use fashion bags, and this season’s rose-gold pebble Saffiano genuine leather designed to keep the female purchaser on trend in any destination. The range includes passport holders and phone wallets, travel adaptors and trolleys, plus scarves, sunglasses and panties.
The Gothenburg-Landvetter, Lisbon and Hamburg airport locations each feature luxury environments. The modern façade and dynamic storefront boast an air of sophistication, while the interior features upscale elements such as black-cherry fixtures and eye-catching focal walls, Nuance said.
The stores also showcase the house’s brand identity and range of products with a gallery of iconic black and white images and a video wall that broadcasts footage of the Victoria’s Secret Angels.

In addition to the new stores in Gothenburg, Lisbon and Hamburg, Nuance’s partnership with Victoria’s Secret also includes two stores at Singapore Changi Airport and a shop-in-shop at Las Vegas McCarran International Airport. In fall 2013, the companies will partner again to open a new location in St. Petersburg.
