UK. Tragus, one of the largest casual dining groups in the UK, is to open an Oriel brasserie in Heathrow Terminal 3 on 25 January.
Inspired by the “grand brasseries of Europe”, the new airside restaurant includes a cosmopolitan bar amid artwork celebrating the Golden Age of Travel. The 115-cover brasserie will offer a range of breakfasts and other menu options from the restaurant’s original downtown location in London’s Sloane Square, established over 20 years ago.
The Oriel menu offers classic French cuisine with a modern twist. Options include Oeufs Royale, Omelette Arnold Bennett, Feuilleté aux Legumes and Pain Perdu – French toast with strawberries, blueberries, bananas and maple syrup.
